I work on solutions to the challenges the wholesale electric industry faces and how to improve upon our energy market.

BEGINNING INTERESTS

After college I was seeking a job that would challenge me. The constant fulfillment of solving important problems to keep the lights on is invigorating. The work environment and culture in the electric industry has driven me to make my career in the power sector.

Career Evolution

I graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a B.S. in System Engineering. I spent a brief two years in a marketing, before realizing I felt unfulfilled and decided to switch to the power industry.

LOVE the Work 

I love everything about my job. From my coworkers to the regions that we serve, to the exciting future ahead. My job constantly pushes me to grow. The power industry is ever evolving with new ideas to explore and new standards to meet. I love that there will always be something new to work towards.

SURPRISING BUT TRUE 

Supporters are everywhere. I have had lots of people encourage me and look out for my best interests. My support system continues to make me strive to be my best, and it’s made me realize how important it is to support others.
