Implementations & Project Manager

DAY AT WORK

I dedicate a significant portion of my time collaborating with the Implementations team to strategize the optimal approach for customer projects. In Implementations, we take on multiple roles, working closely with teams from Sales, Product Management and Development. Every project is customer-facing, and we are responsible for understanding both the product and technical designs. Our duties include installing products, supporting customer testing, providing training, and ultimately transitioning the project to the Customer Support team.

LOVE the Work

As a global company, we have the opportunity to collaborate with customers and colleagues worldwide and having the option to travel is priceless to me. Building strong relationships with our customers and within our organization is crucial to our success.  

SURPRISING BUT TRUE

Tech careers offer incredible flexibility. I began my career straight out of college, got married within six months of being hired, and now have three very active children. Throughout this journey, I’ve been able to successfully balance family, work, and travel.

ADVICE 

Be confident in your skills! Networking and relationship building is invaluable – I lean on others and mentors to help me daily and learn along the way!  Never stop learning. Find a career that challenges you and makes you uncomfortable at times – we grow when we are uncomfortable. Finally, I would say to shoot your shot. You may not check every box and have every skill – apply anyways, you have nothing to lose!
