Friends and family of Oscar Washington gathered at the Venue @ Westwind to celebrate the recipients of the Oscar Washington, Jr. Educational Fund scholarships. Oscar was a loving husband to his wife Doris, a dedicated father to his two daughters Stephanie and Sydnie and a well-respected employee of Entergy Arkansas as well as a renowned civic leader. Passionate about helping young people achieve success, the scholarships honor his memory and benefit future generations.
