Chairmen Gene Lu and Kevin Shalin welcomed guests to the Venue at Westwind for the Central Arkansas Soup Sunday to benefit Arkansas Advocates for Children & Families. This family-friendly event featured soups, sides + desserts from Central Arkansas restaurants. SO Restaurant-Bar was recognized with the coveted Golden Ladle for a smoked gouda green chili soup. Proceeds of over $216,000 support the organization’s continued mission fulfillment work: ensuring that all children and families have the resources and opportunities to lead healthy, productive lives.
