Chairman Mary Nell McBryde welcomed friends and patrons of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation to the Argenta Plaza for an evening under the stars. Highlights included recognition of the Taste of the Finest honorees as well as Haskell Anderson with the Breath of Life Award; Slater Corbin received the Todd Miles Award as the top fundraiser. Proceeds support research for FUNding a cure. Cystic fibrosis is a life-threatening, genetic disease that causes persistent lung infections and progressively limits the ability to breathe.
