Previously known as Arkansas Shorts (A Weekend of Short Film), in 2025 the festival takes on a new name to reflect the evolution of its programming. POV Fest features a juried collection of both short films AND select feature-length productions in 3 categories (Arkansas, North America, and International), as well as industry guests, panels, filmmaker workshops, and after parties. Attracting filmmakers from all over Arkansas and beyond, POV provides fertile ground for networking and has quickly grown to be one of the premier film events in the state.
