The dice are ready, the music is set, and the spotlight is on one woman who has turned her passion for service into one of the year’s most dazzling fundraisers. When A Night in Vegas returns to The Hall later this month, the glitz of the Strip will be matched only by the heart behind it – thanks to Event Chair Stephanie Shine.

Stephanie, co-founder of Arkansas Talent Group, is not only leading the charge for the fifth annual casino night, but she’s also investing in it. “The values of Arkansas Talent Group and my own personal are centered around service, specifically supporting children and families in our community. Which is why supporting the House feels so meaningful to us and has been our major sponsorship focus over the last several years.” As Presenting Sponsor, Arkansas Talent Group rallied the company team and joined the planning committee. The result? Fresh ideas, new energy, and a showstopping evening that promises to be unforgettable.

Stephanie’s connection to Ronald McDonald House began nearly a decade ago when she volunteered with Rotary Club of West Little Rock. “One of my earliest memories was being invited to join a service project with the club to paint every room in the House. It was a huge undertaking, but also so much fun and deeply rewarding because it was truly needed at the time.” This kind of generosity provides comfort and support to families like Jessica and Mario Buttram. When their baby was born at only 23 weeks and hospitalized in the NICU, they found themselves far from home “The Ronald McDonald House hasn’t just given us a place to stay,” Jessica explains, ” It has given us room to hope. It taught me that even in life’s hardest chapters – there are hands to hold, meals to share, and tomorrow to believe in.” Ronald McDonald House Charities of Arkansas & North Louisiana CEO Janell Mason elaborates, “Families like Jessica and Mario’s are the reason we do what we do. Every dollar raised stays right here in our community to provide comfort, care, and a home away from home during the most difficult moments of a family’s life.”

Join this evening of philanthropy and fun – filled with live music, entertainment, light bites from local restaurants, and one-of-a-kind cocktails + mocktails. The night promises to bring Vegas close to home, but the real jackpot isn’t found at the card tables – it’s knowing families facing the unthinkable can count on a place of rest, support, and hope.
