Antonio M. Mosby, MBA

Little Rock Fire Department Fire Captain to the Fire Marshal’s Bureau

Bachelor of Science in Health Science | Minor in Health Promotion

As a Little Rock native, I chose UA Little Rock because it provided an opportunity to grow academically within the community where I was raised. It allowed me to build meaningful relationships, develop as a leader, and stay connected to a network that has had a lasting impact on my personal and professional journey. UA Little Rock also afforded me the flexibility to complete my degree while working as a firefighter for the City of Little Rock.

This education provided a strong foundation in leadership, discipline, and critical thinking. It enhanced my ability to communicate effectively, think strategically, and lead with purpose, ultimately leading to earning my MBA and becoming a leader in my profession and throughout the community.

UA Little Rock provided a strong sense of community, lifelong friendships, and valuable life skills that helped shape my personal and professional growth. Additionally, becoming a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. through the Theta Epsilon Chapter at UA Little Rock provided pivotal leadership training. It has also been an amazing experience serving with the UA Little Rock Alumni Association.
