The Model Delivery team is deep into building long-term planning models that are critical to ensuring we maintain reliability, both today and in the future. Our work supports identifying solutions to some of the biggest challenges facing the industry: rising demand that’s outpacing generation growth, and the increasing frequency of extreme weather events. It’s a pivotal moment, and we’re proud to be at the center of the effort to keep the grid reliable and resilient.
BEGINNING INTEREST
I was inspired by my father, a retired journeyman lineman. I always admired his dedication, traveling to different states to help restore power for people in need, often in the most challenging weather conditions. His commitment to service and resilience left a lasting impact on me and shaped my desire to pursue a meaningful and stable career.
CAREER EVOLUTION
From the beginning, I knew I wanted to pursue a career that offered stability and long-term opportunity. A career where I wouldn’t have to worry about frequent layoffs or the sudden closure of operations like distribution centers. That clarity helped guide me toward the energy industry, where I could build a meaningful and secure future.

In 2009, as the Great Recession ended, I took a leap of faith, and it turned out to be the best career decision I’ve ever made. Stepping outside your comfort zone can unlock doors you never even saw.
